The Inclusive Excellence through Radical Change in Higher Education Office (IHECO) is the lead agency and the driving force behind the 2020 initiative. IHECO is committed to the goal of reducing barriers for access to education. By creating a distinctive early intervention approach, IHECO is accelerating the reform of higher education.
It creates access to higher education for all students who have family incomes below $50,000, regardless of disability status. The IHECO new system of classification of institutions is based on IHECO’s Classification of Institutions for the 21st Century.

Benefit of Online Education
According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, 11 percent of U.S. elementary school teachers had a high school education beyond high school. It is estimated that 46 percent of elementary school teachers out-of-state obtain bachelor’s degrees and 41 percent of middle school teachers from out-of-state have earned an associate’s degree. Non-native English speakers also make up a large percentage of teacher applicants.
